Check-in is 3:00 pm Check-out is 11:00 am
2 to 7 nights - $100.00 per night (2 Night Minimum)
8 to 30 nights - $90.00 per night
30 to 90 nights - $75.00 per night
90 + nights - $65.00 per night
Rates quoted have a tax that is applicable.
Deposit - One night's rental with tax is required to hold all
reservations. Checks for reservations are accepted if payment is sent at least 10
business days in advance.
Cash only. Due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy – Should you need to cancel, notify us at least
ten days prior to arrival, and we will graciously refund
your deposit. Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made
within the ten day cancellation policy. No-shows will not be refunded.
No pets allowed.
Minimum age limit for renters: 25 years of age.
No Smoking.
